Meet Ajile
Ajile F. Brown, Esquire is a licensed Maryland attorney and dedicated public servant with more than 25 years of experience in estate planning and estate administration. She has spent her career guiding families through the probate process with expertise and compassion, and brings an intimate understanding of estate law to everything she does.
Ajile currently serves as the Court Administrator for the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City, where she oversees the court proceedings that sit at the heart of estate administration. In 2022, Howard County voters elected her as Judge of the Orphans' Court, a reflection of the trust and confidence the community has placed in her judgment and integrity.
Her academic credentials are strong and varied. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from Morgan State University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law. From 2008 to 2021, she served as a Senior Adjunct Instructor at Howard Community College, sharing her expertise with students navigating complex legal and civic systems.
